Andree Martinez

Andree was born by her parents in El Paso Texas. She comes from a family of entertainers. Her childhood included a host of TV personalities, like Karla, the host of Univision's Despierta America. From the time she was a kid the family of her mother was surrounded by television show hosts like Karla Martinez (Host of the Univision show Despierta America! Andrew Martinez is the vice director of Safety, Security as well as business Resiliency of Southern California Edison, one of America's largest electric utilities. He's responsible for the organization's activities and programs that focus on safety of workers, and security for business, which are key issues for SCE. Martinez is in charge of providing security leaders throughout the company with the support and guidance programs necessary to reach their safety group goals. Martinez served as director for Safety Training and Compliance in Transmission & Distribution for SCE prior to his current job. The previous director was for Safety and Compliance for Power Supply and Operational Services. In his 30-year career at SCE, he held various leadership positions, including one at SCE's San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station SONGS.
