Melissa Suzanne George is an actress businesswoman inventor and model who hails from Australia. Her career began at the Australian home of her parents and then moving to Hollywood which was where she achieved great success. An alumna of the city of Perth George was initially interested in dancing and artistic roller skating. The year 1992 was the time she was awarded the Western Australia Teenage Model Of the Year Award for the modeling profession she had pursued. In a show on Seven Network's soap series Home and Away, she first appeared on screen the next year. The big screen debut came with Dark City, a mystery thriller. Her subsequent roles included parts in supporting roles on shows such as Alias The Limey or Down with Love. In 2005 she made her debut mainstream Hollywood appearance in The Amityville Horror remake.
