Heidi Klum (pronounced ['haIdi: 'klUm]; born 1 June 1973)[6] is a German and American model, host of a television show, producer, and businesswoman. The cover of her magazine was of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue in 1998 and was the first German model to join Victoria's Secret Angel. After a long and successful modelling career Klum has been appointed as host and judge for Germany's Next Topmodel. She also hosts Project Runway. In 2008, Klum received an Emmy nomination, and was awarded the award for the most outstanding host for Reality/Reality-Competition Programm (shared by Tim Gunn). Klum was nominated six times in the Emmy Awards. Klum was a brand ambassador on behalf of Dannon, H&M, and appeared in many commercials for Volkswagen, McDonald's and other companies. in 2009 Klum is Barbie's first official Ambassador for the 50th anniversary of Barbie's birth. She has also appeared in a few films as an actor. she played supporting roles in movies like Blow Dry (2001), Ella Enchanted (2004), as well as cameos for The Devil Wears Prada (2006), Perfect Stranger (2007) and Ocean's 8 (2018). Sex and the City and Desperate Housewives, How I Met Your Mother and Parks and Recreation were also a part of her. Klum is currently a judge on America's Got Talent, except for 2019, which she will not be judging.
